Purchasing from Indian Ecommerce websites in 2010

The number of ecommerce websites in India has greatly increased in the past few years. While ordering online is convenient, there are certain disadvantages:
Limited range of products available at most online shopping websites
Delivery times - can take up to a month or more from the time of order placement
Some sellers ship poor quality or used products and returns can be expensive

Some of the major marketplaces/ ecommerce websites are:
Ebay.in - had signed up for Baazee.com account in 2003. The first purchase , a pen drive was delivered promptly on COD basis. The second purchase in 2004 was a poor quality product which did not work, as a result of which I did not buy for 4 years till 2008. In the last few years(after Ebay.com purchased Baazee), eBay.in has significantly improved their systems, so most of the branded products ordered are in working condition and delivered as promised. (this is based on ordering 100 + products on eBay.in over the last 6 months for a larger statistical sample)
The big advantages of purchasing on eBay.in at present are:
Wide variety of products available compared to other Indian ecommerce websites
Lower prices for many items
Clarity on how refunds will be handled
Edge points for regular customers

Flipkart.com - mainly specialise in books, though they sell music, movies, games and mobiles also. Have purchased 60+ books, they offer customer support and books are usually delivered within 3 days for in stock books. They list a wide range of books, not available at any ecommerce website in India. Flipkart does not currently have a loyalty program

Infibeam.com - have a wide variety of products listed on their website, use 3rd party vendors

Indiaplaza.in - have a wide variety of products listed on their website, use 3rd party vendors, have a ticket based customer support system.

Rediff.com - have a wide variety of products listed on their website, use 3rd party vendors with ratings. Have ordered a mobile on COD basis more than a week ago, will complete the review when the transaction is completed.
